Drink coffee, live longer?

New, independent research found that drinking 3 or more cups of coffee a day may reduce mortality by as much as 13%.

Published in The Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, the meta-analysis, “Caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee consumption and risk of all-cause mortality: A dose response meta-analysis of cohort studies,” included 21 studies and over 10 million participants.

And good news for decaf lovers: Both caffeinated and decaf seem to show the same results.
