JNP Coffee

What drives your passion for this industry?

We believe that coffee can create a future of hope for the people of Burundi, especially the women and youth, who need to have dreams and successes of their own.

JNP Coffee wants to be a model for the next generation of coffee companies and growers, and to move confidently toward a better future. We are guided by the belief that we are here to make a difference.

The best part of working in coffee is:

Joy, connection, and flavor

What’s your perfect cup of coffee?

What sets JNP Coffee apart?

We are focused on superb quality, community connection, integrity and empowerment.

What does sustainability mean to your organization?

Ensuring a sound and sustainable supply chain — from the farmers who grow the coffee to the wet mills and dry mills that process the coffees, to the infrastructure that enables safe transportation from a landlocked country to ports and final destinations, from the roasters who care about coffee origin stories to the consumers who connect with where their delicious coffee is sourced.

We can’t ignore the critical role infrastructure plays in our industry. It can take longer to transport coffee from Burundi to a Tanzania port than it does to ship it from Tanzania to New Jersey.
